Our goal over the next 6 months is to secure you a significant cash-generating transaction that will deliver you the income you need to grow, reduce your commercial risks, and increase the opportunities you need to grow your project to a profitable venture.

To make sure this becomes a reality, we will focus on building you a significant cash-generating transaction to get your invention into the hands of those who can get it to the people who need it, and generate sufficient income to repeat this process until you achieve “pre-scale,” using our proven three-phase program within the Inventors Academy™…

Phase 1 – See How Others Did it - Using your access to our online video library of over 40 years of case studies and tools, we’re going to unlock the essential tools we use every day to become proficient in IP modelling and commercialization that will fill in your principal knowledge gap between the inventing process and the earning process.

Phase 2 – Scoping What you are Going to Do and How – Once you are embedding the learning, we’ll work with you to build a staged and sequenced plan to maximize the opportunity and minimize the time it takes. I will work with you to scope your project development, and in the first 4 weeks, you will have developed your commercial roadmap for your first project, with my guidance on the weekly coaching calls, to ensure you have all of the project broken down into manageable tasks.

Phase 3 – Getting it Done - In the next three months, we focus on implementing the plan and getting your project to its first significant cash-generating transaction. This doesn’t generally deliver you to profitability, but just to positive cash flow. The plan is to use that money to repeat the process in other markets or overlay a licensing or distribution agreement for other geographic or demographic market segments to maximize your earnings. (Rinse and repeat). The quicker you achieve your first significant cash-generating transaction, the more time you have with us to help you nail the next.

By the end of six months, you’ll have completed your first significant cash-generating transaction, based on your implementation of your embedded learning. We then use this funding or earnings to set you up for your subsequent transactions with this same project. We do not want you to introduce another project into the process until your first project has reached pre-scale, as losing the focus you need might impair your cash-generating activity and affect your liquidity.

We’ll work closely together through each phase of this program. You will be able to ask me questions 24/7 on our WhatsApp channel.

You’ll have full live access to me via weekly coaching calls, so you’ll never be stuck.

You’ll be guided through the exact strategies I’ve picked up after working closely with more than 50 inventors a year. investing my own knowledge and 42 years of experience that I have been responsible for.

This allowed me to help around 45 inventors and R&D teams a year achieve their first significant cash-generating transaction from within the Level 1 program. This has been designed to ensure these inventors can embed the learning so they might never need to rely on consultants again. This includes:

• Helping David structure his project to fit into a highly competitive industry, with the first party we pitched a distribution agreement to, becoming the funder and offering to buy David’s remaining share in the future, for an agreed formula (not a fixed price),

How Does It Work?
Within the first week, we’ll have a 1-1 scoping call to see where you want to be in 6 months, where you’re at, and what the biggest thing that has been holding you back. We will also set the planning process to build out your game plan.

You’ll know exactly what systems you must go through and what systems we need to use to build out your selection program, pitch deck, and due diligence file…

You will go through these online learning systems in bite-sized chunks, learning from case studies, following the action steps, and reporting back to me weekly, so I can look over everything, answer any questions, and ensure everything looks good.

You’ll be inside a private cohort of 6 projects, with all the other inventors on the exact same mission, where they’ll be meeting weekly and discussing daily with everyone inside the group, sharing their ideas, celebrating wins, and supporting each other.

Every month, I’ll deliver a new milestone lecture, and each week, I will add new video lessons based on members' actual roadblocks, which will then be loaded into the Inventors Masterclass library for lifetime access. We will then work together to implement what you’ve learnt on a week-by-week basis.

(Call times vary depending on your cohort. You will be invited to attend the weekly group coaching calls every Wednesday or Thursday. We have UK, USA, and Australia members who can’t make all or some of their calls, and they’re getting on just fine.)

I recommend allotting at least 4 hours per week towards the online learning, and this might increase up to nine hours as we start to build and deliver our deals to the prospects we have pre-qualified.

This can be anytime of your day or night, other than your one group coaching call, which will be the same time every week.

Will This Work for Me If I Already Have A full-time Job or Business?
Yes, completely. You may already have a workload if you work in or for another business. You may want to either:

1. Develop the skills you will need (Phase 1), implement this at your own pace (Phase 2), and then, when you have generated enough income, engage our IP mentors to work on your project for a fixed rate.
2. Using your first significant cash-generating transaction to create a business around production, distribution, licensing and/or selling this and future IP opportunities you develop,
3. Go from experiencing confusion and overwhelm with everything you should do to crafting the single, structured commercial model, making it easier for prospective collaborators to engage with you.

We will build you everything you need to create the one compelling pitch that is modelled on the Cornerstone Investor Model I invented in 2014 and have used with remarkable success in the last 10 years.

… And to tie this all together, we will help, guide, test, and track you for the entire journey, to ensure you lock down all of this learning, so you own it and can use it for future projects as your embedded skill set.

You will have completed the skills gap between the inventing process and earning income from your IP in the total commercialisation process.

  Upon completing your program, you will have achieved substantial and measurable outcomes that other inventors will want to engage you for. If your successes are significant, I invite you to join other graduates in our IP Mentor program, the Inventors Academy Level 2.

I engage our IP mentors to complete tasks for our Done-for-you clients, such as attending trade shows, building pitch decks and due diligence files, as well as negotiating agreements from pitch to contract. Some even run my Level 1 cohorts and teach my content when I am not available.

We engage our IP Mentors in blocks of 10 hours under a pre-paid IP mentor agreement. I select our Level 2 IP mentors, and many end up building their portfolios of IP projects as they gain more experience.
